Thank you for setting up an account with Profile Coffee and Roasters, Inc. (referred as PCR). Below are a few housekeeping items. We request that you do not extend or discuss any wholesale prices to anyone. These are a confidential contract between you and PCR. The maintenance of the integrity of our brand is paramount, so please honor our MSRP and product use timelines; in return we promise to only send you the freshest and best product for you and your customers prime enjoyment experience.
We love our customers and are always happy to share our products with new shops!
Here’s the brief terms and conditions we have
First please fill out the Wholesale account form and submit it for approval. Once done we will send you the codes to get into our Secure Wholesale sections.
1. Minimum Order Value
Minimum order of coffee is 1 pound for pickup and 5 pounds for local delivery. There are no limits for shipping orders.
2. How to place order

This is a secure site; we will not use any information for anything other than payments, contacts and mailings.
● You must be a registered user to view this site. If you have not yet registered please go to the web site, click on “Log In” then “Create New Account”. Follow the prompts and submit your information.
Products or goods purchased from Profile Coffee and Roasters shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) guidelines we set in your contract. In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to Profile Coffee and Roasters and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.
Returns must be made in writing directly to Head Office located at 185 S Market Street Elysburg PA 17824 within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Profile Coffee and Roasters prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.
For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer

Profile Coffee and Roasters accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and checks
All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.
All Checks must be submitted and held for payment before any orders will be shipped out
If so desired we will set up net 30 days, with prior arrangement being made and a credit card of file.
6. Insufficient funds
Checks returned due to insufficient funds could be considered fraud and subject the check writer to prosecution and fines. However, we understand that usually there is no criminal intent and in these circumstances we will only charge the customer a reimbursement for bank fees and other incurred costs.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping will be assessed at USPS or UPS rates. Customer will pay all shipping fees unless there is a promotion.
8. Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact PCR at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt. Shipping fees apply.
9. Delivery Window
Orders must be placed by Friday to receive by following Tuesday for pickup and local delivery. Shipped orders will follow same time table and will include shipping time. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.
Upon Setting up a wholesale acct you will receive a password to access the wholesale pages.
