We have a lot of exciting things going on here at Profile. We have two new beans on the shelf, a Marco Munoz from Honduras which is on our medium roast batch brewer and a Misouzu Kopakaki co-op from Rwanda. The Honduran has notes of caramel, citrus/grapefruit and a raw/brown sugar finish. The Rwandan has notes of raisins, prunes and tamarind. Both are stellar coffees. We’ll post farming and varietal information on them soon! On deck we have a special coffee from Cameroon that will have a very limited run, so keep your eyes open for the announcement of its arrival from the roaster to the shelf.
SUNDAY SEPT 30th is our “Toasty Brunch”. The menu is available on the website at: https://www.profilecoffeeandroasters.com/?page_id=662 We’re excited about this one and we are hoping for a good turnout, it’ll be a while before our next one so come hangout and get some great treats!
Cider is officially back! We have Rorbach farms cider (http://rohrbachsfarm.net/) and it’s available hot or cold and with or without caramel sauce, salted caramel syrup or any other flavor you choose.
Mark November 24th on your calendar for Small Business Saturday. We will be hosting local vendors again this year from 9a-2p, so come support these small businesses from Elysburg and surrounding area!
We are in full production mode of our own homemade almond milk and butter. Come try them out, they’re amazing!
