Ethiopia Oromia Wush Wush

This wild coffee has all sorts of bright and juicy flavors, ranging from papaya to lychee, pecan, cherries and more. Its roast profile leans medium-light, giving it a range with a ton of sweetness though little acidity. Wush Wush is a quite rare variety of coffee that's difficult to cultivate, making it often sought after by fans of more crazy ranges in flavors and sweetness in their coffee.
We highly recommend letting this coffee sit after its roast date for quite some time before grinding; to our taste, at least 3 weeks. It offers quite a varying range of results in terms of brew method and rest time which is part of the fun in a coffee like this. We find that a regular V60 pour over suits it great after rest, but as always, play around with it and see what works for you!
Whether you're already a fan of more "out-there" coffees of this nature or are looking for something to try out of your comfort zone, this would be a great choice for you!
